CHANGES IN ELISA'S WARRANT SUBSCRIPTION PRICES DUE TO DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The subscription prices of Elisa Corporation shares on the basis of Elisa
Corporation's A and B warrants for 2000 will change due to the dividend payment
resolution of the Annual General Meeting made today pursuant to the terms of the
bond loan with warrants. The new prices will come into force on the matching day
of the dividend payment on 17 March 2005. The new subscription prices are:
Elisa's A warrant for 2000 (ELI1VEW100) EUR 37.67 per share
Elisa's B warrant for 2000 (ELI1VEW200) EUR 20.15 per share.
