COMPTEL CORPORATION’S JANUARY-JULY INTERIM REPORT

Elisa Corporation’s subsidiary Comptel Corporation´s
turnover for the January-June period was EUR 28.8 million (EUR
24.6 million), an increase of 17.0 per cent (24.8 per cent)
compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. Product
Business generated a turnover of EUR 21.7 million (EUR 18.5
million), showing an increase of 17.3 per cent (27.7 per cent)
compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The
Product Business represented 75.3 per cent (75.2 per cent) of the
total turnover.

The revenues for direct sales of the Product Business represented
61.8 per cent (60.5 per cent), while the revenues through partners
amounted to 38.2 per cent (39.5 per cent) of the total Product
Business revenues.

Operating profit for the January-June period was EUR 1.7 million
(EUR -3.1 million). Group goodwill depreciation amounted to a
total of EUR 0.1 million (EUR 0.2 million).

Financial items totalled EUR 0.0 million (EUR 0.8 million) for the
January-June period, where the share of partner company losses was
EUR 0.1 million (EUR 0.7 million). Profit after financial items
amounted to EUR 2.0 million (EUR -3.8 million).

Profit per share in the January-June period was EUR 0.01/share
(EUR -0.03/share).
