CORRECTION CONCERNING THE RELEASE ON ELISA’S ACTIONS CONCERNING THE SALES OF COMPTEL SHARES

This release overrides the one released  before on Elisa's actions concerning the
sales of Comptel shares on 31 May 2005 at 2.45pm.

Elisa states that it had no previous knowledge of the preliminary information on
the outlook for 2005 given out by Comptel Corporation today.

Before the sale of shares Elisa requested Comptel's Board of Directors whether it
had followed the rules and regulations concerning listed companies' duties of
disclosure. On Friday 27 May 2005, Comptel's Board of Directors declared that it
had no knowledge of facts that would prevent it from stating that the company had
followed the rules and regulations concerning listed companies' duties of
disclosure.

Regardless of the fact that Elisa has acted in good faith based on the
information in its possession and to ensure the trust of the market, Elisa offers
the investors who purchased the Comptel shares a possibility to cancel the deal
in its entirety or to keep the shares purchased so that the purchase price is EUR
1,59 per share.

Elisa will inform on the financial effects of this change later on.
