COURT OF APPEAL RESOLUTION ON ACTION FOR ANNULMENT REGARDING FORMER RADIOLINJA'S AGM DECISSION

Helsinki Court of Appeal has issued a ruling in favour of Elisa, and dismisses
the action for annulment against the decision made in former Oy Radiolinja Ab
Annual General Meeting in spring 2000 to increase the share capital. The decision
may be appealed to Supreme Court, if it gives a permission to that.
