CUBIO COMMUNICATIONS BECOMES SERVICE OPERATOR IN RADIOLINJA
NETWORK

Radiolinja Origo Oy of the Elisa Group and a Finnish telecom
operator Oy Cubio Communications Ltd. have signed a service
operator agreement. According to the agreement, Radiolinja Origo
provides the start-up mobile operator with network capacity as
well as content and expert services. The services will commence
during the spring 2003.
