DISTRICT COURT RESOLUTION ON ACTION FOR ANNULMENT REGARDING ELISA
MATKAPUHELINPALVELUT OY'S AGM

Helsinki District Court has issued a ruling in favour of Elisa, and dismisses the
action for annulment against the decision made in Elisa Matkapuhelinpalvelut Oy's
(previously known as Oy Radiolinja Ab) Annual General Meeting in spring 2000 to
increase the share capital. The decision may be appealed to the court of appeal.
