DISTRICT COURT RULING ON THE SHARE REDEMPTION PRICE OF ELISA
MATKAPUHELINPALVELUT OY (FORMERLY KNOWN AS OY RADIOLINJA AB)

The Helsinki District Court has given a ruling on the redemption
price of Elisa Matkapuhelinpalvelut Oy’s (formerly known as Oy
Radiolinja Ab) shares in favour of Elisa. The ruling concerned
the redemption price of 255 shares.

The legal proceeding related to Oy Multiclearing Ltd’s appeal
against the decision of the court of arbitration on the
redemption price of the Radiolinja share. The Helsinki District
Court decided to dismiss the action by Multiclearing, which
demanded the redemption price of the 225 shares to be raised.
Multiclearing is entitled to appeal on the decision to the court
of appeal.

Actions regarding the redemption price of 70 shares are still
pending in the District Court.
