ELISA ADOPTS NEW MOBILE TERMINATION FEES

Elisa’s fully owned subsidiary Radiolinja Origo Oy, together with
Sonera Mobile Networks Oy and Finnet Verkot Oy, has signed an
agreement to lower termination fees charged from other operators
as of 1 March 2004.

Radilinja Origo charges 10 cents per minute for terminating calls,
earlier it charged 13.12 cents per minute.

New fees are estimated to lower Elisa Mobile’s revenue by few
percentage points but they will have a positive effect on EBITDA.
The new fee structure does not change Elisa’s revenue and profit
estimates for 2004.
