ELISA AND TELIASONERA HAVE SETTLED ARBITRATION DISPUTE

TeliaSonera Mobile Networks AB (former Telia Mobile) and Elisa’s
Subsidiary Radiolinja Origo Ltd have settled the disputes relating
to service provider agreement and related actions. The settlement
ends the arbitration procedure, which begun on 2002, where
Radiolinja and former Telia Mobile claimed damages from each
other. The parties have agreed not to release the settlement
amount. The settlement has a positive impact on Elisa’s first
quarter result.
