ELISA COMMUNICATIONS BECOMES ELISA CORPORATION

The Board of Directors of Elisa Communications Corporation has
decided to change the Group’s trading name to Elisa Corporation.
The change of name requires an approval by the Annual General
Meeting convening on April 4, 2003.
