ELISA COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION IS NOW CORPORATION

The decisions made by the Annual General Meeting on 4 April 2003
to amend the Articles of Associations, including the change of
business name, have been entered in the Trade Register today.
The company’s name in Swedish is Elisa Abp and in English Elisa
Corporation.

The amended Articles of Association as a whole  have been 
published as an addendum to the stock exchange release 
given on 4 April 2003.  

The trading code (ELIAV) of the company’s shares will remain
unchanged.
