ELISA CORPORATION: CHANGE OF TRADING CODES OF SHARE SERIES AND
OPTION RIGHTS

The change of Elisa Corporation's share series name and trading code
(ELIAV) to (ELI1V) will be valid in the Helsinki Exchanges' HETI
system as of 20 April 2004. Company has one share series Elisa
Corporation. At the same time the names of option rights of Elisa
Corporation ELIAVEW100 and ELIAVEW200 will change. New trading codes
are ELI1VEW100 and ELI1VEW200.


There will be no After market trading II with the shares and option
rights of Elisa Corporation on Tuesday morning 20 April 2004.
