ELISA CORPORATION AND SONG NETWORKS SIGNED A SERVICE
OPERATOR AGREEMENT

Radiolinja, which forms part of the Elisa Group, has signed
a service operator agreement with Song Networks. In
accordance with the agreement, Song Networks is able to
provide its customers with basic and supplementary services
that are based on Radiolinja’s GSM and GPRS networks.

During the spring 2004 Song will initiate offering mobile
communication services to its business customers on its own
behalf. The mobile communication services will be
incorporated into the company’s other telecommunication
solutions.
