Elisa Group’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday,
31 Mars 2004.

Elisa Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2003
on Thursday, 12 February 2004.

In 2004, Elisa Corporation will publish interim reports as
follows:

-        for January-March on Thursday, 29 April 2004
-        for April-June on Thursday, 5 August 2004
-        for July-September on Thursday, 28 October 2004
