ELISA GIVES A SALES ORDER FOR COMPTEL SHARES

Elisa has today instructed Mandatum Stockbrokers Ltd to sell 40,946,000 Comptel
Corporation shares to institutional investors using bookbuilding method.

The shares correspond to approximately 38.3 per cent of Comptel Corporation's
share capital.
