ELISA'S ACTIONS CONCERNING THE SALES OF COMPTEL SHARES

Concerning the sales of Comptel shares on 30 May 2005, Elisa states that it had
no knowledge of the reasons that led to Comptel Corporation giving out
preliminary information on the outlook for 2005.

Elisa offers the investors who purchased the Comptel shares a possibility to
cancel the deal in its entirety or to keep the shares purchased so that the
purchase price is EUR 1,58 per share.

Elisa will inform on the financial effects of this change later on.
