Elisa's 2022 Annual Report, Financial Statements and Sustainability Report

Elisa has released its Annual Report 2022 at elisa.com/annualreport

The Annual Report contains Annual Review, Sustainability Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report released on 2 February 2023, and the 2022 Financial Statements with notes.

Elisa publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Elisa's ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.

The assured sustainability report has been prepared according to the Global Reporting Initiative Standards, including data related to the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and selected indicators from the SASB Telecommunication Services Standard. The report meets the requirements for non-financial reporting, including information with the EU Taxonomy Regulation.
