ELISA'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADDED MEMBERS TO ITS COMMITEES

Lasse Kurkilahti was appointed to the Committee for Remuneration Evaluation and
Appointments on 15 December 2005. The former members of the committee are Keijo
Suila (Chairman), Mika Ihamuotila and Pekka Ketonen. In addition, Matti Manner
was appointed to the Committee for Auditing. The former members of the committee
are Ossi Virolainen (Chairman), Matti Aura and Jussi Länsiö.

Kurkilahti and Manner were appointed as new members as The Board of Directors at
an Extraordinary General Meeting of Elisa Corporation on 5 December 2005.
