ELISA'S REDEMPTION OFFER FOR SAUNALAHTI - FINAL RESULT

According to the Final result, Elisa was offered a total of 775,912 Saunalahti
shares representing approximately 0,6 per cent of all shares. Elisa's holding in
Saunalahti is approximately 97,3 per cent of all shares.

The number of Saunalahti stock options received in the redemption offer has not
been changed from the amount stated in the preliminary result release.
