Elisa’s transfer of company’s own shares

ELISA STOCK EXHANGE RELEASE 31 JANUARY 2024 AT 9:15 AM

Basis for disposal: Based on the Board of Directors' decision, Elisa will transfer 129,271 shares to persons belonging to the Performance Share Plan 2021–2025 for the performance period 2021–2023, and 4,907 shares to persons belonging to the Restricted Share Plan 2019 for the commitment period 2022–2023. The shares will be transferred today 31 January 2024.
