ELISA STOCK EXHANGE RELEASE 5 JUNE 2026 AT 8:45 AM

Basis for disposal: Based on the Board of Directors' decision, Elisa will transfer 4,147 shares to persons belonging to the Restricted Share Plan 2023 for the commitment period 1 June 2024–31 May 2026. The shares will be transferred today, 5 June 2026.
