ELISA SELLS SOON COM’S DIRECTORY SERVICE BUSINESS TO ENIRO

On 18 December 2003, Elisa Corporation’s subsidiary Soon Com Ltd
signed an agreement with Oy Eniro DS Ab on selling Soon Com’s
directory service business to Eniro. Twelve people from Soon Com
will join Eniro as old employees. The business divestment is
estimated to take place in January 2004. The divestment is part of
Elisa’s strategy to exit from its non-core businesses.
