ELISA SOLD THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY KEILASATAMA 5

Elisa has sold the entire share capital of the real estate company Kiinteistö Oy
Espoon Keilasatama 5, which was previously in Radiolinja's use, to the Local
Government Pensions Institution. The disposed real estate was categorised as
Elisa's non-strategic holding.

The parties did not disclose the sale price. The transaction will have no
substantial impact on Elisa's fourth quarter financial result.
