ELISA TO ACQUIRE FIRST ORANGE CONTACT OY Elisa and the owners of First Orange Contact Oy, a supplier of contact centre systems, have agreed on a business deal whereby Elisa is buying the entire share capital of First Orange Contact Oy, which is currently owned by the executive management and Aura Capital Oy. The company's management and staff will continue their work as employees of Elisa Group after the acquisition. The sale price is around EUR 3.4 million. In 2006, the company recorded a turnover of EUR 2.0 million and a profit of EUR 0.35 million. The company employs 16 people. This acquisition strengthens Elisa's role as the leading supplier of corporate customer service solutions in Finland. Elisa provides enterprises with service concepts that enable them to outsource their customer services either fully or partially. The organisations will benefit from increased profitability, improved quality of their customer services and bigger sales volumes.
