ELISA TO BECOME NEW TELECOMMUNICATIONS PARTNER FOR AKER YARDS

Elisa and Aker Yards have concluded a long-term service agreement through which
Elisa will deliver all necessary voice and data services for Aker Yards in
Finland. The scope of the agreement covers fixed landline services and mobile
voice solutions, office communication solutions as well as telecommunications
network services. Elisa manages Aker Yards' service maintenance, active
development and reporting, and guarantees the company a continuous availability
of services.

The renewal clarifies the services and their production platforms and also
improves cost-efficiency.

The Wireless PBX service supports the move to a single terminal model and enables
services independent of terminals. Furthermore, Elisa will provide Aker Yards'
sites with a scalable multi-service network that enables the centralisation of IT-
systems services, as well as a firewall application that supports the management
of an extensive network of partners.

The new solution will be introduced by the end of March 2007. The transition will
not affect the telephone and mobile phone numbers at Aker Yards.

Aker Yards opted for Elisa on the basis of competitive bidding. According to
Kimmo Metso, CISO from Aker Yards,  Elisa's service package complies with the
demands set by Aker Yards for the telecommunication and voice service solutions.

and make it possible to meet the requirements of increasing traffic needs and
