GERMAN AUTHORITIES HAVE APPROVED THE SALE OF ELISA’S GERMANY-BASED
BUSINESS

German competition authorities have approved the sale of Elisa’s
subsidiary Elisa Kommunikation GmbH to a consortium led by Apax
Private Equity Funds. Elisa expects the sale to be finalised
during June-July.
