HELSINKI DISTRICT COURT LEFT THE REDEMPTION PRICE OF OY RADIOLINJA
AB SHARES UNCHANGED

The Helsinki District Court has ruled the redemption price Elisa
Corporation must pay to Lännen Puhelin Oy and Salon Seudun Puhelin
Oy for an aggregate of 4,379 shares in compliance with Chapter 14
Sections 19-21 of the Companies Act. The Helsinki District Court
decided that the redemption price is EUR 7,904.83 per share (FIM
47,000), which is the same sum as set by the ruling of the
arbitration panel on 29 May 2001. Parties are entitled to appeal to
the Court of Appeal.

Elisa Corporation booked the debt from the redemption price in 2001
in accordance with the sum FIM 47,000 set by the arbitration panel.
Therefore, the decision by the District Court will have no effect
on Elisa’s consolidated financial statements.

In addition, Elisa has a pending trial between other parties on the
redemption price of 325 shares in the Helsinki District Court.
