NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD OF ELISA

Elisa Corporation´s Board of Directors has appointed the new Group
Executive Board which is based on the proposal of Mr Veli-Matti
Mattila. The composition and the responsibilities of the Executive
Board are the following:

- Mr Veli-Matti Mattila, President and CEO (from 1 July 2003)
- Mr Vesa-Pekka Silaskivi, CFO
- Mr Pasi Lehmus, Executive Vice President, ElisaCom Business Area
- Mr Tapio Karjalainen, Executive Vice President, Elisa Mobile
  Business Area
- Mr Jukka Veteläsuo, Executive Vice President, Elisa Networks
  Business Area
- Mr Hannu Turunen, Elisa Kommunikation Business Area
- Mr Asko Känsälä, Executive Vice President, Business Development,
  IT, R&D and Communications (as of 16 August 2003)
- Mr Sami Ylikortes, Executive Vice President, Administration and
  HR.

The Executive Board will commence its work immediately. All
Executive Board members report to President and CEO, Mr Veli-Matti
Mattila.

Mr Jarmo Kalm, COO, will retire at the end of this year according
to his agreement. Prior to that, he will continue on special
assignments for the President and CEO.
