Fidelity International Limited announced on January 25, 2002 that
owing to conducted stock exchange trading the holding of shares by
the company and its subsidiaries in Elisa Communications 
Corporation has decreased under five per cent. Elisa 
Communications Corporation's share capital consists of 
138,011,757 A Shares.
