Number of Elisa Shares Increases Trough Subscription 2007C Option Rights

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 20 MARCH 2013 AT 9.55 am
 
From 5 December 2012 to 6 March 2013, a total of 6,400 new Elisa shares have been subscribed with 2007C option rights. Subscription price, EUR 63,808.00, has been booked into Elisa’s reserve for invested non-restricted equity. The corresponding increase in the number Elisa shares has been entered into the Finnish Trade Register on 20 March 2013. The shares are entitled to dividends and have the same shareholder rights as the old shares. Trading of the new shares will begin on 21 March 2013 in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.

The number of Elisa's share after the increase is 167,174,182.

The subscription period for 2007C stock options rights will end on 31 May 2013.
