PASI MÄENPÄÄ APPOINTED ELISA´S EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT SALES, BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Mr Pasi Mäenpää, has been appointed Elisa Corporation's Executive Vice President
Sales, Business Customers and member of the Elisa Executive Board as of 23
January 2006. Prior to this, he has been the CEO at Cisco Systems Finland Oy. Mr
Pasi Mäenpää will report to Executive Vice President Asko Känsälä.
