PROSECUTOR'S STAND CONCERNING JIPPII'S DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION IN 2001

In the matter concerning the suspicions directed at Jippii Group with respect to
the year 2001, Elisa's subsidiary Saunalahti Group Oyj (formerly Jippii Group)
has been informed that the prosecutor will propose that a fine of 800,000 euro be
imposed on the company for suspected securities market offences, along with a
further unspecified forfeiture.
