RESOLUTION OF SUPREME COURT ON ACTION FOR ANNULMENT REGARDING FORMER RADIOLINJA'S
AGM DECISSION

The Supreme Court didn't give a leave to appeal about the decision in which
Helsinki Court of Appeal dismissed the action for annulment against the decision
made in former Oy Radiolinja Ab Annual General Meeting in spring 2000 to increase
the share capital. The decision is in favour of Elisa and not appealable.
