SAUNALAHTI SELLS PART OF BROADBAND NETWORK IN LINE WITH TERMS 
SET BY THE FINNISH COMPETITION AUTHORITY

In line with the terms of Elisa's Saunalahti deal set by the Finnish Competition Authority, 
Saunalahti has sold the Saunaverkko network required for the implementation of broadband 
services and its customer contracts in the Tampere, Jyväskylä and Riihimäki region. 
In addition, Saunalahti has also sold the Saunaverkko network without customer contracts 
in the Helsinki region. The deal has no effect on Elisa's financial performance.
