TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RADIOLINJA ORIGO OY’S 3G LICENCE HAVE BEEN
AMENDED

The Finnish Government made a decision on 14 April 2004 to make
amendments to the 3G mobile communication licences. Therefore, the
terms and conditions of Radiolinja Origo Oy’s 3G licence have also
been amended. The amended licenses allow partly a joint
constructing and use of the networks.
