The amount of Elisa’s Eurobond tender is confirmed

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 SEPTEMBER 2023 AT 10:50 AM

Tender offer for Elisa’s Eurobond announced on 18 September 2023 is confirmed.

Elisa purchased the 2024 bonds issued in 2017 with nominal value EUR 51,969,000. The Purchase Price is 98.57%.

Settlement date is expected to be 27 September 2023.

The tender offer was made through Nordea and SEB.
