YOMI PLC’S INTERIM REPORT FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY-SEPTEMBER 2003

Elisa Corporation’s group company Yomi Plc’s consolidated net
sales in January-September 2003 came to EUR 40.9 million and
operating profit was EUR –0,9 million. The corresponding figures
in on-going business operations for 2002 were EUR 39.7 million and
EUR –2,7 million. In comparable figures net sales grew by 3.1% and
operating profit by 65.0 % over the corresponding period last
year. The third quarter was the best so far this year. In January-
September 2003 the operating profit before depreciations on
goodwill was EUR 0.4 million and net income EUR –1.2 million.

Yomi and Elisa Corporation have determined that their current mode
of cooperation is well suited to the business environment. Yomi
continues to develop its IT-Business in its current structure and
develops its role as a regional partner of Elisa`s network and
service operators in cooperation with Elisa. Yomi`s and Elisa`s
customer cooperation in the IT-Business has expanded.
