Need A Property is running its £25,000 competition every month now, and hopes this time to be able to award its prize of up to £25,000 in rent or mortgage for a year (plus the difference in cash if it is under £25,000)* for someone who can match its own list of the most desirable luxuries to have in a home.

Need A Property is running its £25,000 competition every month now, and hopes this time to be able to award its prize of up to £25,000 in rent or mortgage for a year (plus the difference in cash if it is under £25,000)* for someone who can match its own list of the most desirable luxuries to have in a home.
The competition runs each month and is as quick and easy to enter as last month’s competition.
To enter the competition this month, simply visit the competition site at: http://competition.needaproperty.com or www.needaproperty.com. and pick, click and rank your top seven of 12 choices of what you consider to be the most desirable luxuries to have in a home from:
- Home cinema
- Indoor pool
- Gym
- Wine cellar
- Panic room
- Spa/beauty salon
- Tennis court
- Bowling alley
- Artificial Football pitch
- Nightclub
- Wet room
- Dressing Room
The winner or winners will be the entries that match the order of the ones that the team at NeedAProperty ranked as their top seven luxuries. Winners will be announced each month, and if there is more than one successful winner, the prize of £25,000 will be shared amongst the contestants with matching entries.
Results from the competition will be published as survey results and used for property information pages.
NeedAProperty’s first national, online competition was held last month, looking for a matching list of features people look for most in choosing a new home. But there wasn’t a winner for its £25,000 prize.
“We were very disappointed and we wanted a winner!” said NeedAProperty’s Strategic Director, Corinne Sugar. “So we decided to award the person who came closest to winning with a cheque for £100.”
The prize was given to Karen Helman, mother of two, from Bushey in Hertfordshire. Karen said: “I was using the NeedAProperty website to look for my next home as I really like their website. It has some unusual and unique features that the others don’t have and I especially find the area guide useful. I don’t normally enter competitions, but as I was on the site property hunting, and it only took a minute to enter, I did it anyway – I certainly didn’t expect to get a prize for not winning!”
