Please see below information about transactions made under the share buyback programme for Elkem ASA.

From 28 August 2021 until 3 September 2021, Elkem ASA has purchased a total of 1,133,262 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 37.7416 per share.

The buyback programme has now been completed.

Following the completion of the above transactions and taking into account the sale of 2,329,984 shares under the option programme as announced on 31 August 2021, Elkem ASA owns a total of 8,207,516 own shares, corresponding to 1.28% of Elkem ASA's share capital.
