Anders Birgersson proposed as Board member of Elos Medtech AB

The Nomination Committee of Elos Medtech AB will propose that the Annual General Meeting re-elect Board members Stig-Arne Blom (Chairman of the Board), Agneta Bengtsson Runmarker, Jeppe Magnusson, Yvonne Mårtensson, Mats Nilsson and Thomas Öster.

The Nomination Committee also proposes Anders Birgersson to be elected as a new Board member.

Anders Birgersson is CEO of VBG Group AB since 2001. He is a Board Member of Christian Berner Tech Trade AB, Sparbanken Lidköping AB and KMT Precision Grinding AB. Anders Birgersson has a Master of Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology and has previously held senior positions in SKF and ESAB.

The Nomination Committee at Elos Medtech represents approximately 66% of all votes in the company. The other proposals will be announced in the Notification to the Annual General Meeting that is scheduled to be published on 23 March.
