The Nomination Committee´s proposal for new Chairman and new Board Member.

As Stig-Arne Blom has announced that he will not stand for re-election as Board Member and Chairman of Elos Medtech AB the Nomination Committee will propose to the Annual General Meeting to appoint Yvonne Mårtensson as new Chairman.

Yvonne Mårtensson has been a Board Member of Elos Medtech since 2015. In addition to Elos Medtech she also holds Board Member positions in Arcoma, Synthetic MR and SwedenBIO.

Furthermore, the Nomination Committee will propose Jon Risfelt to be appointed as new Board Member.

Jon Risfelt is Chairman or Board Member of several public and private companies, among others Bisnode, Dialect, Bilia, Boule Diagnostics and Smartfish.

The Nomination Committee´s other proposals will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting on March 27.
