Elos Medtech – subscription of warrants
The management and key employees within the Elos Medtech Group has signed a total of 251,500 warrants in the incentive program 2016/2019 that the Annual General Meeting decided on in April, 2016. At the Annual General Meeting of Elos Medtech AB, April 26 2016, it was decided to implement an incentive program whereby a maximum of 318,473 warrants can be transferred to senior executives and key employees within the Elos Medtech Group.
