Eurostaff Technology expands its Microsoft Dynamics skills recruitment team with focus on permanent roles
Builds on success in contract market and consolidates client relationships in flourishing ERP and CRM sectors
London, 17th August 2012 –Eurostaff Group (part of Staffgroup), provider of specialist recruitment solutions to the Technology and Finance industries throughout Europe, has announced that its Eurostaff Technology brand has moved into the permanent IT recruitment field by launching a Microsoft Dynamics permanent division. Eurostaff Technology’s consultants serve a wide range of organisations across Europe, from small-and-medium-sized enterprises to multinational companies and the new Microsoft Dynamics permanent recruitment team will initially focus on high-growth markets including Benelux, Germany and the Nordics, as well as exploring opportunities in Switzerland and the UK.
Microsoft Dynamics is one of the market-leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software packages and is seeing high demand because it has a familiar user interface and enables a cost-effective and relatively fast implementation when compared with some of the other major packages. Eurostaff Technology has a proven track record of success in recruiting Microsoft Dynamics professionals for contract positions and has established relationships with clients including consultancies and end-user organisations in industry verticals such as FMCG, fashion and retail.

Consultancies represent a large proportion of Eurostaff Technology’s client base for Microsoft Dynamics professionals, given that the delivery model is primarily consultancy-focused. Many consulting firms have to hire permanent staff in order to meet burgeoning demand from their end-user clients, with the number of permanent positions outstripping contract roles by as much as a factor of ten. Demand is particularly strong for professionals skilled in disciplines such as CRM, AX, GP, NAV, SL and RMS. Types of vacancy cover a broad spectrum of roles and levels, including Project Managers, Developers, Consultants, Sales and Support.
“Despite the Microsoft Dynamics recruitment market being led by demand from consultancies, we are seeing rapid growth in demand from end-user organisations, especially given that many SMEs are looking at ways to improve efficiency and stay ahead of the competition in the current climate of continued economic uncertainty,” continues De Filippo. “Some of our candidates are receiving three or more head-hunt calls each week.
