APPROVED ACCOUNTS FOR 2008

The Board of Directors of EOC Limited has approved the Company`s Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2008 ("FY2008").

There are no deviations in the final Financial Statements compared to the preliminary report published on 21 October 2008, as part of the Q4 and preliminary full year reporting.
