CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF BOARD
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EMAS Offshore Limited (the "Company" or the “Group”) wishes to announce the following:
(i) Resignation of Director
Mr. Lee Chye Tek Lionel (“Mr. Lionel Lee") has submitted and the Board has accepted Mr. Lionel Lee’s resignation as a Director and the Vice-Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 May 2015.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Lionel Lee for his contributions to the Board since 2007.
(ii) Re-designation of Director
Capt. Adarash Kumar A/L Chranji Lal Amarnath (“Capt. Kumar”) will be re-designated to an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2015. Capt. Kumar is currently a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. Capt. Kumar will focus and oversee the commercial aspect of the Group.
Consequent to the aforesaid cessation and re-designation, the composition of the Board will be as follows:
