COMPLETION OF SALE OF FPSO ENTITIES TO PERISAI

Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 November 2012, 28 June 2013 and 15 August 2013, relating to the sale (“FPSO Sale”) of  51% equity interest in the entities owning and operating the FPSO "Perisai Kamelia" (formerly known as "Lewek Arunothai") to Perisai Production Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi BHD ("Perisai") from EOC Limited (the “Company”) and the extension of the completion deadline of the FPSO Sale to 31st August 2013. The Company is pleased to announce that the FPSO Sale has completed on 21 August 2013.
