EOC SUBSIDIARY COMPLETES SUBSCRIPTION EXERCISE TO CHIM SAO FPSO JOINT VENTURE COMPANY

EOC Limited (“EOC”) refers to its announcement made on 5 February 2010. EOC wishes to announce that, EOC, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Emas Offshore Production Services (Vietnam) Pte Ltd, has subscribed for 433,333 shares in PV Keez Pte Ltd. Emas Offshore Production Services (Vietnam) Pte Ltd has been allocated and issued 433,333 shares at US$1 per share for the aggregate sum of US$433,333 representing 43.33% of the total issued and paid-up share capital in PV KEEZ Pte Ltd. PV KEEZ PTE LTD is now an associated company of EOC Limited.
