NEW SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of EOC Limited (“EOC”) wishes to announce that EOC has on 2 June 2008 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of four newly or recently incorporated companies.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of EOC Limited (“EOC”) wishes to announce that EOC has on 2 June 2008 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of the following companies, each with a share capital of USD1.00 comprising 1 ordinary shares of USD1.00 each:-

1) Lewek Everbright Shipping Pte Ltd (incorporated in the Republic of Singapore);

2) Lewek Everglory Shipping Pte Ltd (incorporated in the Republic of Singapore);

3) Lewek Evershine Shipping Pte Ltd (incorporated in the British Virgin Islands); and

4) Lewek Eversure Shipping Pte Ltd (incorporated in the Republic of Singapore).

All these companies were newly or recently incorporated and each of the companies was acquired for USD1.00.

All the above companies are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of EOC.
