NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of EOC Limited (the "Company") will be held at 15 Hoe Chiang Road, #29-01 (Boardroom), Tower Fifteen, Singapore 089316 on 15 September 2014 at 11.00 a.m. (Singapore time).
