EOC Limited wishes to announce that it has
receivced notification from Ezra Holdings Limited
(`Ezra`)as follows:

Ezra has given power of attorney to Mr David Tan
Yew Beng to attend, on behalf of Ezra, the Annual
General Meeting (`AGM`) of EOC Limited on 11
January 2008 and to vote, on behalf of Ezra, on all
items on the agenda for the AGM. Ezra holds
54,226,462 shares in the capital of EOC Limited.
